Car Crash
Well Friday night was a bit of a high and low for me!!!!!!!!! thanks to all you returning customers, Fridy was a great busy night. Unfortunately returning from Glasgow I flipped my wives pride and joy "her mgf" was really lucky to get out unscathed, but I did and thats now history, please be careful when visiting Scotland and using the Loch Lomond road. Hope to see you all on Tuesday for Travi Trek. should be a great night already got 80-90 people coming. aslao Alex Rae, Gordon Dury, Mark Hately, John Brown and Stuart Mc Call all coming along. We are going be signing a Rangers legend shirt and auctioning it on www.sweeney-kincaid.co.uk so take a look and put the odd bid in, its for a great man and a great cause, Scot Cunningham is blind and doing the walk with his trusty guide dog Travis, when i say doing the way I slightly understated that he is doing the West Highland Way, if you have walked it you will know how much of a challenge this is, Scott is totally blind so please put in a bid or contact me direct on 01838 300210 if you would like to donate, all the proceeds will be going to the training of further guide dogs.

Glad to be open
Well alls well and the place is open again, glad to see the repeat business has started again, the first 4 customers were all repeat customers from last year (1 from 3 years ago) great to see you all again. Our curry menu again has had numerous comments and we have had our first nomination of the year to "bestbrittishcurryawards" although we will never win it, I am hoping one day a judge might ask why a little inn in Scotland keeps getting nominated, (fingers crossed) Our first weekend got off to a great start with a repeat customer booking out all the lodges (5th year in a row) then 8 repeat fishermen (Ramie and the gang turned up) I am not saying they are bad fishermen but they all ordered fish for dinner!!!!. See you again soon lads! On top of this was our local Waiter Ian Armstrongs 18th birthday Party, we have had the pleasure of employing Ian for 5 years and it was fitting that he had his 18th with us, around about 60/70 people turned up and had a fantastic night, for the first time in 5 years we ran out of Vodka and After shots. What a great night with a great group of people, these young people know how to enjoy themselves and behaved themselves very well, I think this had a lot to do with Ian and Caroline (Ians Mum and Dad) Caroline was the bouncer!-)

Getting ready to open
A bit late to open this year, had a few leaks in the main building, so decided to take the oppurtunity to remove our old boilers and replace them with a new eco friendly category A combi, what a difference, also decided to totally re tile the kitchen. Will be open on March 13th. Looking forward to Travistrek and the Rangers Legends visiting again, check our facebook for updates (benmorelodgehotel)
