All bookings are guaranteed by a credit card. Failure to arrive will result in a no show charge being charged to your credit card up to the full rate of the room booked.

Cancellations may be notified to us by letter, fax or e-mail up to 3pm on the day before you are due to arrive (e.g. cancellation for a booking arriving on 15th March should be notified by 3pm on 14th March at the latest).

Upon receiving your cancellation, every effort will be made to re-let the rooms / facilities. However if we are unable to re-let any of the facilities we will charge the total cost of the facilities booked or any subsequent shortfall against the original booking should the room / facilities be re-let.

Cancellation charges will initially be offset against any deposit held and the balance will be charged against the credit card supplied to secure the booking.

A Note of Caution
To prevent any potential monetary loss due to cancellation we stress the importance of contacting us ASAP so that we can relet the room and negate any charge to yourselves.
